Prayers Needed

Blogger friends-blended families go through some of the same issue's as the basic two-parent family but some of those issue's are more dramatic because of the "blending". My family has been faced with a crisis within our family structure. A crisis that may tear this family apart. The pain is very fresh and satan is trying to defeat us as a family unit by making me question not only myself as a parent but every other role I carry. If I feel so close to God and so secure in where He has me and who He has me with, then why do our children pull away from us and God? We needs prayers...desperately need prayers please.

Praying for you Pamela.

Remember the verse God spoke to you: "Let the beloved of the LORD rest secure in him, for He shields him all day long, and the one the LORD loves rests between his shoulders." ~Deuteronomy 33:12

You are SECURE in Him. Claiming this promise...His promise..for you.
Love & hugs,
Joy

This is hard. I am praying for you that you will see the truth in the situation and continue to love as you have been. Your girls are beautiful creations of the Lord. They are listening to the lies of the enemy. I will continue to pray for their eyes to be opened and for the Lord's will to be done in their lives. They are His...He created them and I am going to ask for His protection over there hearts and minds. Amen!

Lord, send this family healing. Healing in a way that only You could bring. So that when others look to this situation, and even those within the mess, they will see Your hand and will praise You for healing. Lord bring them through this storm. Show this family Your power and strength as they have never seen it before. We trust in You and rely on You as the only source of hope. Amen.

Adding you to my list for this week. Placed front and center, so my eyes come across it often through out the day. I love you, and He loves you even more!

Pamela,
I saw your post on Lelia's blog and came here to read. First I want to say that I have not experienced a blended family, but I have experienced teenage daughters who have walked away from what they were taught and chosen a path that has brought destruction. They have also come back.

I just wanted to say that I understand.

If I can encourage you in any way, please stop by my blog, get my email address and email me.

Bless you...I have prayed for you.

Hugs,
Julie
